Sorry I didn't make it out to help you... things keep coming up that end up occupying all my time. Glad to see it's coming back together though.

Dude, no problem, got through a lot of the boring stuff. Still could use your help with the vacuum lines if you have a night coming up I would take you up on an offer... hope you family hookup went well. Doesn't look to bad considering this is the very 1st car mechanic type thing I have ever tried...

nope, just down to the fuel rail, the initial thing was injector replacement but the more I pulled off the more I realized that a TON of stuff needed to be done... she's 18 and was showing age on every hose, gasket etc...

I'm also doing a rebuild

Where are you getting your hoses/PCV, vaccum, Silicone and such from? So far it seems Courtesy Nissan is cheapest for the preform stuff and Conceptz has the PCV cheaper... You found something cheaper?

PVC? thats a type of plumbing tube, PCV is a type of valve for crankcase ventilation.

Meaning of it you got, thank you correction I do, fix it I did, dyslexia perhaps the cuase?

I wonder if there is a list that someone can look up, that has all those little hoses that break when you take out an engine that has been in a car for 12 years... PCV, brake booster hoses, those stupid hard hoses behind the engine... There has to be better then OEM oil cooler lines Anyone have any ideas?

Also, whats the deal with those plastic wire harness shields on both sides of the upper plenum. What drunk Japanese 1st year engineer designed that?
