What is the "Gallery" over here < under avatar?

yes it does. you just dont have any pictures in your personal gallery, and that is where the link under YOUR avatar takes you. if you click on one under someone who has uploaded pictures, it will take you to their personal gallery. and please post further questions of this type in Site Feedback and Suggestions or Off Topic.

 

Click on "Gallery" up at the top and then click on "upload photos" at the top right to add photos to your gallery.

 

Yea I tried the upload but it just went to a blank screen and then nothing. I'll just try again later
