Hid Color Faded?
Hey guys, I started to notice my Hids color is fading...
When I first got them they were bright a blue. 8000K bulbs
Its been like almost a year now since I installed them and now they're starting to look just white..
Is it just the type of bulb I used?
Why did the color change?
I'm assuming that I should just get a set of new Bulbs.
Unless theres something wrong with the Ballast too?
Need help guys

Wow... for $80 I'm surprised they worked at all. There's a reason OEM HID's cost $500-$1500. I know that BMW OEM HID kits are $800-$1000.
These guys are pretty well known for aftermarket HID's: http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/mtecpower/
Their generic HID kit ($220): http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MTEC-...item1c110e4c1a
But I've never dealt w/ them.

I bought a Hid kit off ebay i paid some were between 120 to 150 i think i took my time and looked it all up i bought the hids made in germany . If its made in germany its well made if its made in CHINA throw it out the window ! If its made in the USA you better bet the parts came from MEXICO... enough said GERMANY RULES ! My hids are still blue 8000k i bought them way over a 2 years ago
