Jspec fitment and test drive

I installed my Jspec fascia yesterday and took her for a quick drive. The car kinda idles funny when the engine is cold and seems to run better when it gets warmed up. It was doing that even before I started working on it though and I'm not really sure what the culprit is. The car pulls fine and feels strong but I noticed some light white smoke coming from the back of the engine on the passenger side. Not alot of smoke but enough to worry me. I hope it's not one of my turbos Oh well, If it is at least it will give an excuse to upgrade Any thoughts? A guy at work says that it's probably because it hasn't been run in so long, but I don't know. Well on to the pics.

I couldn't get it to fit perfectly as you can see, but this is just until I get my emissions done. Ill mess with it some more after that. I had to cut about 2 inches off my intercooler ducts to get it to bolt up right. Oh and yes my driver's side fender is a different shade of white than the rest of the car. There was a dent in my original that was just filled with bondo instead of being pulled correctly and the paint was cracking there. I bought a used one from Z1.

I love the Jspec.............
Check for leaky valve cover cover gasket, and then maybe turbo oil line and rear main seal. if turbo seals were going, I'd think smoke out the tailpipes.
Good choice on the used fender versus bondo.......
mismatching body parts drive me batty................

Yeah I know it needs a paintjob ASAP. I was going to do that after I get my wheels, which have been on order for the past couple months . Coz says that the fronts are ready, he is just waiting on the rears to be completed.

BTW.. you have to convert your two single filiment light bulb sockets to a single duel filiment. i have found that the tail light socket fits the jdm corner. make sure that the dimmer filiment is the parking lamp and the brighter is the turn signal.

Actually one of the stock bulbs is dual filiment. The yellow one is dual, the white one is single. I tested it before I put my fascia on and the yellow bulb works as both running lights and blinker. You just have to cut one of the tabs off to make it fit. The white bulb you don't use.
