Just Curious
While i was on the jim wolf website i was looking at the sport 500 and sport 600 turbo kits.On the sport 500 turbo kit it said it could 12psi or more.Well i just got kind of bored so thats why i put up this post.I was trying to figure out if both turbo kits replace the stock turbo kits? and how much psi do you get out of the sport 600 turbo kit?

Re: Just Curious
have u tried this? or are u guessing at how high u can boost. do you have any proof? Sorry i'm not trying to be a jerk, i'm interested at how much this car can handle on stock internals. Sure they all say it can handle like 500+ hp but is that at the wheels or at the crank? Any info on this would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Just Curious
I've been a long time member on twinturbo.net for the last 5 years. I just know from experience of being a member there for a very long time. The stock block can handle TD05-16G's which are bigger than Sport 600's. ZHound on tt.net has these on his stock block Z (actually upgraded to an 18G wheel if I'm not mistaken). Also, SteamyZ dynoed 512 rwhp with HKS GT2530's on a stock block with 140K miles on it. The motor can handle over 500 rwhp without upgrading it.
Note here also that Jim Wolf is extremely conservative with what he does. He doesn't want people blowing up and breaking stuff.
