I own 1990 300ZX N/A and I just had my clutch replaced when I went to pick up the car fro shop I started and something started smoking under the dash, I disconnected the battery and checked the wiring didn't find anything, I also checked all the fuses and under the hood I found the fuse missing (next to the battery Ign Skid Cont) but instead the fuse somebody put the screw so it would make a contact, I pulled the screw out (it was hot) I put new fuse 30A try to start the car but no luck I replaced the ECU thinking that when it was short it fryed the ECU, I just install the used working ECU steel no power I don't get any power to cluster, I can turn the lights on and my seat is working and Security light is blinkig, any idea would be highly appreciated...
I don't have power on windows but power doors are working, could it be security module burned out?

EMO's right....you dropped it off at the shop and everything worked fine. You picked it up and things started smoking. The shop clearly did something that caused this problem.
You're wasting your $ by just replacing parts without diagnosing anything. Until you actually figure out what is wrong, don't replace anything else.
The shop likely pinched a wire when they re-assembled the shift touret.
