spark plugs and timing belt

just picked up a na z32 and going to be doing the spark plugs and timing belt, Ive been doing the my home work on the plugs and everyone says to run the pfr6 but called the dealer and they wanted to sell me pfr5, just wanted see if anyone is running these without problems, and on the timing belt is it necessary to replace the whole tensioner assembly or just the bearing, thank you

well since no one knows, i bought the 120k mile timing belt kit from courtesty parts, installed everything but the studs. went pretty well, timing belt isnt to bad to do but the seals are a pain, had to use a good assortment of tools to do everything and is not for a beginner mechanic,i do a lot of work on honda b series and its far more complicated, i probly didnt have to replace the whole tensioner but mine wasnt in great shape so it was replaced, as far as the studs i felt like i was going to destroy them TRYING getting them out, and thought replacing them would give me problems and be more trouble then it was worth, i decided to run the ngk iridium 9s for plugs and running great with no problems with anything so far
