If you mean the actual steering column and not the wheel, there are 2 nuts that secure it in place. You have to remove the knee panel and possibly the column cover and maybe even the duct that runs through that area. All easy to do. Just tighten the 2 nuts and you should be good.
If you mean the wheel, I'd look into the rack bushings.

Great advice. Your suggestion worked. FYI, the bolt was NOT loose however. I had to break it freewhile turning to tighten it which leads me to believe something else shifted. No matter, once I broke it free and turned it clockwise I was able to tighten it all up. Many thx.
