trashed my z, looking to fix it

when i trashed my z i smashed the front bumper and all the lights, the center nose panel, and hood. im getting the jdm front bumper which comes with the corner/turn signal lights, so that takes care of that. i cant seem to find stock headlights. anyone know where to find them and how much they cost? how much are they compared to the jdm fairlady z projectors on strictly z? anywhere i can get a jdm center nose panel with the z emblem?

You could pick up used headlights for roughly $50-$100 a piece tops, or new OEM ones for around $250-$300 a piece. JDM's are like $1500, but are definetly a nice investment. Nissan should carry the stock replacements if you want new, if you want used try ebay.

Check ebay for the headlights. I see them all the time on there.

JDM headlights are nice but since their cars are RHD the light pattern would be more biased to the left side of the road and toward other drivers. You would have to take apart the lights and modify the shield to correct this.

Yes you can adjust it but the light will still want to shine to the left until you change the cut-off shield.

Mine are adjusted as far as posible and they still irratate oncoming traffic. I've not done any shield mods or anything.

I would be a little afraid to take apart such expensive headlights. If something breaks there goes $1500

Me too, I wasn't about to take them apart. When it was in the shop for a power drain, the guy called and said he had the power drain fixed, but the left low beam had quit. The girl that works for me said I turned a funny shade of red. Talk about freaking out. It was a ground, I didn't like the way the installer had grounded them in the first place. They are grounded properly now.
