Turn signal issues

Turn signal issues
New owner of a really nice 94 300zx NA. I have noticed some strange issues with the left turn signals though. When the car is just sitting they work fine. When brakes are applied they blink slightly faster. When the headlights are on, the signals blink very fast. I know this is usually a sign of a bulb out but as far as I can tell none are. This only happens on the left side, the right side works fine at all times. Anyone have any ideas? Should I just start by replacing all turn signal bulbs?
Also, the window washer fluid seems to have a leak somewhere. I filled it up and the next day the light was back on and it is empty again. I haven't had a chance to look for the leak, its pretty much been raining since I bought the car. Anyone have any advice of where to look, where leaks may be common?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I will have to check the alternator. Not sure exactly how but I will find out. No other electrical problems.
As for the washer fluid, I added some water to see if I could spot any leaks but I couldn't. I tried the washer fluid and it worked and was spraying blue washer fluid, so maybe the jug I added a couple days ago just had to work its way through the lines? The washer fluid light is out so we will see in a day or two if it stays that way.

Fixed the turn signal issue. Not quite sure how but I'll share incase it may help someone else in the future...
I took out all signal and marker bulbs, none looked burned out which makes sense because they all worked. So I took all the bulbs from the right side (the side working fine) and put them on the left side. Problem was solved. So one by one I swapped them back trying to use process of elimination to find the exact problem bulb. Ended up switching them all back and everything worked fine. Not sure if maybe there was some corrosion that came loose or maybe a loose connection that allowed the bulb to still work but was enough to throw off the relay.
