Weird Acceleration Problem

I recently just "rebled" my clutch system. It has been leaking so I have to check it everyone in awhile to add more fluid or else I lose all pressure. I just wanted to state that in case my problem below could relate to it.

So this happens when I am driving and accelerating. It doesnt matter wether its a fast or slow acceleration. This always happens randomly too. There is no pattern I can notice I will be driving and I will feel the car start to decellerate by itself. I will push my foot on the pedal and it has no effect on acceleration. The car never turns off or dies. Its always on and stays on when this happens. It just wont let me accelerate for about 2-3 seconds and then randomly it will "recognize" that i have my foot on the gas and it will start to accelerate and drive normal again. It sometimes will go back and forth between the accerator working or not working about 4-5 times in about 10-15 seconds. Sometimes though I can drive anywhere and anytime and nothing will happen. Any ideaS?
