469rwhp ~ 550bhp on my street settings (93 octane fuel)

With Dual Pop, a custom tune, and MSP manifolds, it would've gone up drastically. (There are gains to be had at all power levels with Dual Pop, but as horsepower goes up, the gains go up accordingly.) A 3" cat-back probably would've netted an extra ~10rwhp, and Specialty Z super-split downpipes (which didn't exist at the time) would've made a huge difference as well.

And why would you buy knockoff stuff if you know you want the good stuff later? That's the cause of the phrase "buy cheap, buy twice." Just save for the good stuff, man... you save a lot in the end.

Since the first of the year I've installed PowerTrix coilovers and RUCA's. This week I'm installing Ashspec ECU chip, Unorthodox crank pulley and SpecialtyZ w/p pulley.

More or less its just better because theres fewer moving parts, which i guess i would consider making it stronger due to not having to replace parts.

Higher risk of NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) with a 1-piece though. (That's why Nissan went with the 2-piece.)
