White smoke coming out exhaust

Well recently it has seemed that my car has excessive white smoke at idle. It has true dual exhaust all the way back and the white smoke is coming out of both sides of the exhaust. The car does not do it at first when you start it up but about 30 seconds or so after start up. Also it starts missing aswell. I did drive it up the road and back and it stopped missing but it has still smoked after it was warm before. Thought it may be head gaskets but the car has a bad heater core so I assume if I pressure test it the heater core will start leaking. Also the water in the radiator was a brownish color.

well leave your radiator cap off and start it up, if you get bubbles coming out its your head gasket, if not its probably your valve seals and guides

Brownish coolant probably just means rust... flush it out.

Compression test can diagnose bad head gasket... does sound like thatcould be your problem. White smoke is generally coolant. TT or NA?

i would think that your head gasket might be going out cause the white or blueish smoke if your geting that usually means your anti-freeze is mixing with your oil somwhere

Give the smoke a sniff test. If it's coolant and you are using antifreeze it should have a nasty sweet smell.
