wiring problems- tail and head lights

wiring problems- tail and head lights
1990 300zx- when I turn the headlights on, all I have is the high beams. No low beams, tail running lights, or gauge lights. I've heard of the problem before, but have never been able to find a cause. If u need any more info, just ask. thanks
