5 things ?!?!?

The most obvious is always the easiest. The replacement of the air filter to a freer flowing element is usually number one. Exhaust usually follows that. Undercrank pulley would be a good follow up if you follow the hp/$ ratio. Besides regular maintenance, above these steps usually start to get rather expensive not that the exhaust isn't. I recommend the HKS twin power ignition, if you have a turbo model having the ECU done is a great way to get a lot of hp quickly. Otherwise I would suggest bigger turbos or even a turbo timer. If you got an N/A you should maybe try Stillen's headers with some moderate nitrous. If I forgot anything besides suspension stuff, someone'll let me know I'm sure. lol Hope I helped.

Yeah you helped i planed on a good exhast and some kind of intake, and whatever undercrank pully i could find as there all usually near equal (at least i think, im probablly wrong) anyway on the headers and ecu.....
thoses stillin headers seem excellent to get, id like to go all stillin parts, but money is a factor so i'll have to go about this slowly.
Being a n/a you have convinced me to not mess with the ecu. I Know i sound stupid maybe but im almost afraid having my ecu altered as it would change the way the engine ran. i am most likely wrong , but i think it would be some what hard on the engine. please show me other wise sombody it shouldnt be that hard.

If you don't wanna mess with the ECU I don't blame you, besides the ECU upgrades are expensive. Here's an alternative for ya then, try this module from jetchip performance. Lotsa luck and fun

Actually, I'm not quite sure about the hp gain. But, and its description of features sure sounds just like an ECU upgrade though doesn't it!?! Since we're dealing with N/A's here, I'm going to guess that the gains should be in the neighborhood of an ECU upgrade. Although I don't think the two should be combined. So depending on the state of tune of your car, I'm guessing anywhere from 8-25. Although the 25 is extreme, I figure if you start low you gotta end high, right? Oh and also, I just remembered that to get some more hidden hp don't forget to advance your timing, twinturbo.net has an article about it. Like as if they don't have one on everything!!!! later

Yeah...the only thing that little thing won't do though, is remove the top speed limiter and raise the rev limiter like an ECU upgrade would. But are those things really that important? I've had my 2+2 up to 145 and could have still gone more but I started running out of room and the front end started getting a little squirrley on me so I backed off. But hey, 145 is still really damn fast! I'm not complainin'!!!! I did that when I first got it and that also was after a night of racing all through Chinatown before I even did ANY modifications to the car. Hmmm......I wonder how fast it'll go now...???
