Upon moderate to highway speed braking car vibrates in wheel & pedal...on smooth roads barley nothing rough rutted buckle up...just did skins, rotors & pads...inner LR tie rod little loose..no leaks or fluid loss...ABS light on...would sensor failing cause calipers to open -shut? Your tires might need to be balanced, and/or rotated. If thats not the case I have read somewhere that there are tight specs when milling the 300ZX rotors, and that when it is done, It needs to be done when the rotors are on the vehicle. Talk with a certified Z mechanic, see what he thinks.

Your rotors are warped. You must make sure that all your lug nuts are torqued evenly by hand and also break the brakes in before pounding on them. You need to bed the pads into the rotor before getting on them.
