is it a na or a TT?
w/ that many miles, you want to be concerned w/ the turbos going out soon, which is about a 5-7k job from a dealership.
sounds like everything else is new, just keep the eye out on the turbos,
check out www.twinturbo.net and go to FAQ on the far left, then go down to thebottom and thre is a link on what to look for when buying a used 300zx
