After changing the plugs, the coil packs and running the diagnostic on the car. It was in fact a fuel injector.

Every one read between and 11-14 (thanks Zlover) except for cylinder two which was running a sweet .428. BUT, on the upside, I was able to change it without taking off the plenum, turning a days job into about 2 hours or wiggling and deep creeping.

All and all, shes back in business and is running great again.

And I fixed the wipers. It turned out that the douche who put the motor in for me while I was away used a motor from a maxima. I was able to actually find a motor at a junk yard and pulled it out of the car before having them tell me they were selling the whole car as is. Every things good now.
