Code errors

Ok so I found out how to read the ECU error codes on my 1990 300zx but the code is coming out as 35, three slow flashes of the LED on the ECU and 5 fast ones. But I am not sure what that codes mean. Some places i have looked said Exhaust gas senor circut, but where is it? and how to you replace it?

thanks guys any help would be great

Exhaust gas sensor = O2 SENSOR.

Check your O2 sensor(s) and wiring.

Well I just found a place thats has a write up on it and he has that code for the exhaust gas temp. sensor circut, what ever that is? because that was my first thought was the O2 sensor but he has codes for the O2's and they are different from the one I have coming from the ECU

code 35 is for the egr temp sensor. Its on the egr pipe itself (not all models have the sensor). Did you change ecus or anything or is it all stock? The connecttor is by the drivers side vtc and o2 sensor connectors behind the babalnce tube. Connector is black and looks the same as a stock boost solenoid connector.

You can bypass it with a resistor as well
