Having Clutch Problems

I have been having clutch issues for quite a while.
Have an aluminum flywheel, and ACT clutch disc and pressure plate.
Can't seem to find the right adjustment.
One drive it will be slipping, next with just a slight adjustment, and the gears will grind.
Seems no matter which way I go I cannot find a sweet spot.
Got any suggestions ?

Try making multiple fine adjustments on it. IE: go out and add or lose 1/8'th of a turn at a time..etc Also the clutch adjustment is in the FSM.
