would stillen be my best bet for headers for a N/A with only exhuast as a performance mod and what power gain would i be looking at

 

stillen and clifford are the only companies that make headers for the NA, stillen by far the most popular..infact i do not know anyone with clifford headers....you should spend your money else where though if thats your only mod(exhaust) try intake, UDP, ECU first.
