high idle?
lately (last 2 weeks or so) often on, my 94 NT has been idling rather high. whereas it usually idles around 800-1K rpm, it's been 1K-1800. this isn't all the time though, only sometimes; sometimes it is fine and sometimes if it is idling high, i can shut it down and restart it and then it is fine. likewise, only sometimes if i sit there for 2-5 minutes it drops idle down(sometimes this doesn't work either), but all of this is random, it isn't patterned... (from what i can gather) what's goin on? any ideas?

Re: high idle?
Could be the Throttle Position Sensor or the AAC Solenoid on the IAA. Check the voltage and resistance on the TPS, replace if no good. If it can be adjusted to within spec check the AAC solenoid, resistance should be ~10 ohms. If the resitance is good, try cleaining, carbon can build up and cause the valve to stick.
