High Idle at Start Up
#2
all cars do that, or at least they should. it idles high for a few min following startup to warm the engine up faster.. you do let it warm up don't you? driving immediately after startup if the engine isn't warm is bad for the engine

Dude... what is the matter with you?!
Ok... YOU live in New Zeland, and your not driving a Skyline?! Drop the Z and go get a Sky! GTS, GTS-25T, GTR, anything, haha. Take advantage here buddy, its a LOT harder for us Americans to get our hands on one... Well, for some of you it is, not for me . (hence: I sell em) haha, peace

Yeah, I think in all of the Chicagoland area I have only seen ONE Skyline...and it happens to be owned by someone right down the street from me who owns an import car parts shop. He had to order it directly from Japan, and he also had to send it all the way to Seattle to have some part changed.
I'd LOVE to get my hands on one of those! When I save up enough money, I'll be sure to give you a call Nis.
