i purchased an injen intake for my 92 NA in august...i am yet to receive it and i am cancelling my order ( N2Zoomn.com = deadbeats) i have seen a lot on the JWT pop-charger and i am wondering if it is better than the injen. so my question is what is the best intake available for the 92 na, and also, do hard pipes make any difference (aside from aesthetically)

 

get the JWT most definately. when i bought mine it was only $100 and i got it less than a week later. installation is pure and simple. best $100 i spent on my car besides my Unorthodox Pulley. on my TT it added 15-20 hp.

 

i would have to disagree and say go with the injen intake. i know jim wolfe makes really good parts and all, but to me an intake is an intake they all do the same thing, and the injen is alot nicer looking under your hood and it sounds alot deeper than those other filtercharger intakes because it comes with tubes. i think you should go ahead and cancel the order on the one you have, because that is rediculous to wait that long. i ordered my injen intake from ptuning.com and there was no shipping charge and it came very quick.(i ordered it on wednesday and i had it on the car that friday) it is a little more expensive than the other intakes, but in my opinion it is worth it, don't go the cheap route.

 

what do you mean looks nicer? you have to open up the centre nose panel just to see the damn thing.

 

The injen intake comes with polished aluminum intake runners that connect to the throttle bodies.

 

Which INJEN, ptuning.com has several from 2.5 to 4.5? I have a 91 TT and will be going with ECU and Borla exhuast. For now
