Keeps failing SMOG
So here goes it.. I have 91 300zx TT and it wont smog.. This is what I know about it since Ive started working on it. The ecu and O2 sensors were the first thing I changed out. (ECU wasnt displaying the CEL) It seemed to help my fuel consumption and I put new Cats on it as well. Ive had Z cars before (lemans sunset 350z track). This is my first turbocharged one. Mods are; HKS Catback, some shitty intake which i think is the problem and Greddy BOV's. Now Ive done some research and when you run BOV's it can cause a rich condition... How do I remedy this? Also I'm in the market for some stock or better re-circulation valves as I am not a huge fan of the loud noise everytime I shift. Plus apparently they are more efficient then aftermarket ones anyway???
I have pictures of the results from both failures. Annnd this is what I found after I took a look at the intake wtf!?

best stay stock
From what I have been able to gather, after reading all your posts, everyone seems to think BOV's fail for the z32TT, the stock recirculaters are more efficient, and just better all around. The overwhelming opinions I found were that the stock setup is very good, makes lots of power and is just easier to deal with. I posted some additional info on your other thread, hope this helps !
