Leaking from driveshaft/trans

Is there a seal i might not have seen?

Its leaking from the entrance into the transmission.

Where the driveshaft meets the trans? That's normal if the front end is elevated - the transmission isn't completely sealed. Level the vehicle and the fluid won't leak out.

its not elevated.

i noticed a moist spot so i backed it up and then lifted it and the only moist spot is where the drive shaft goes into the trans. theres a little drop coming from the collar. everything else is dry.

Trans might be overfilled.
