Z1 knows their stuff.
If they say it'll work, it'll work.
the MAF is one of the parts on the Z that is interchangable on either model.
According to what i see at Courtesy Parts, it's true, it's damn true. LOL

The only difference between the NA and TT MAF is that the TT has 5 pins and the NA has 4 pins. I really dont know what that extra pin does but probably not oo much.

I'm not sure why you'd want to restrict air flow... Go ahead and either do the Twin Turbo, or Q45 MAF. Either will work just fine from what I've read.
