This is taken from Ash Powers' write-up in the 6 P's (Proper Preparation Prevents **** Poor Performance):
To mitigate the posibility of 'spark knock', you should use a spark plug that has a higher ability to dissipate heat. This simply means you need a plug with a higher 'thermal dissipation' number. Here's the breakdown:
NA stock: PFR6B-11 ; upgrade to the PFR7B-11
TT stock: PFR5B-11B ; upgrade to the PFR6B-11B

If you are running a stock Z then a stock plug will work just fine. If you plan on modifying your Z then I say go with the colder plug. I went with a colder plug on my TT and had a noticeable difference. Then again, I was a Stage III TT running on NA plugs. In Japan the TT came with NA plugs stock. Just goes to show how stock doesn't always mean best.

I looked around and couldn't find anywhere that the plug gap was specified. I don't remember what it was, cuz I always ask the guy when I buy them and I'll write it on one of the boxes. Anyways, when I did my plugs on the Z, I had to adjust two of them so they aren't always correctly pre-gapped. I did have to open the gap up.
If all else fails, just make sure that all six plugs are the same gap, whatever they are.

When you can't find something, it's always because you're not searching hard enough.
