It's possible but that's one big pain in the a$$...
you will need new menifolds, gaskets, exhaust pipes, housing, ECU, injectors, plus all the turbo components....you would be looking at about $3-4K and who knows if the engine will be able to hold up to it.... you could try to find a TT Z on a junkyard but that's pretty hard to find a 1990-1994 TT ZX (95 and 96 woun't fit)
I think you should keep in non turbo or keep on looking
