You have two precats and two cats. If you removed the two cats, you still have precats.
This post should be in the Performance/Technical section.
Your next mod should be a JWT or Ash ECU with boost jets. Good for about 60 horsepower provided the boost jets actually net you an additional 5-6psi (ever car is different).
By the way, search "stage chart" to see the order of which you should do performance modifications.

agreed. I'd like to think i've stickied most of the commonly asked questions or at least the answers to said questions.

Ok,
I'm probably gonna get flamed for this but this is my opinion. The JWT ecu runs richer and is "less" borderline tuned than the AshECU. I would highly suggest going the Chip/Boost Controller/AFC at the same time, I would also suggest the JWT ECU. Put everything on and leave the boost STOCK, get to a dyno with a wideband O2 and tune it up slowly while watching your A/F ratio and adjusting as normal. This will provide the best setup for YOUR car, which can be different depending on age/condition/environment/etc/etc/etc.
The JWT ecu is known to run rich, it WILL produce less power but will be a SAFER tolerance for lean conditions. Being too rich is a problem, but it's not going to detonate your engine, going LEAN is VERY VERY BAD. That's the reason for the AFC and dyno time for PROPER tuning.
/em prepares for the flame war.
Of course this is totally my opinion and experience, you are welcome to use it or do what you want with your own car!
