starter crank, but engine wouldn'ts start up
it is a 300zx na body with tt swap, i havnt get the dyno done yet, the car is running rich, about 8 mile/gallon, easily get back fire, when i start the car last week, starter crank, but engine wouldn't start up? is the engine flooded with gasoline?
my rx7 got flooded one time, i disconnect the fuel pump wire, crank it for about 10 minutes, which solve the problem.
should i do the same thing to the z?
thanks.

Unless the spark plugs are horribly mis-gapped, I doubt that's your "no-spark" problem. Have you checked ALL sensor connections? MAF? Temp sensors? Cam sensor? Connection to coil pack?
You mentioned in your first post that you know how to clean out a flooded motor... have you disconnected the fuel pump power & cranked at full throttle?

i dont think the spark plugs are mis-gapped. i changed all the plug to "NGK" tonite, same thing happened, starter crank, engine didnt run
the engine harness is brand new, i had the car ran with it, no problems.
and i did try to clean out the flooded motor with disconnected the fuel pump fuse, should i crank at full throttle for longer period of time?

That depends on if it's still flooded... power up the fuel pump & try again. If it's a no go, pull a spark plug or two to see if it's wet or dry... or you can simply take a whiff under the hood & see if you smell gas.
