Free flowing exhaust is good... but if you don't have a cat, it's not going to pass emissions.

IL just passes pre 1994 cars (aka OBD1) no longer has to do emissions... suckas... oh yeah and get the balance tube between the exhuasting. or just buy exuast thats pre made and dont go custom... they got hte balance tube in there for some reason. and i would get mufflers otherwise lots of noise tickets. and is this a TT or NA??

when you say single 3", do you mean making a Y-pipe and having a single exit exhaust?

as far as exhausts and not having mufflers, is the only law really against mufflers the noise level?

dude... its a true dual exhaust with dual exhaust ports... why would you go to single... MUCH more restriction, your basically eliminating the purpose of running straight pipes... just.... just dont man.

its not going to rob hp, its not going to restrict more. it just looks like crap imo.
jap tuners have been known to put single exit exhaust on the Z...

do you have a TT or n/a?

read up on this thread...the last page is informative...single exit exhaust
