Strong Exhaust Smell

Hey everybody, I have a 1990 2+2. There is a strong exhaust smell coming out of the car and through my air vents. I got a fuel injector flush, but it didn't really help. Any ideas on what to do? thanks in advance....

it may be you EGR valve, the same thing happend on my 91'tt and it was my EGR valve, you should atleast check it out.
