Stumbling & surging at part throttle
My '90 normally aspirated Z is stumbling & surging at part throttle when cold. It seems to be OK once it warms up fully.
Anyone have an idea which component is a likely source of the problem? The car is an automatic, has 108,000 miles, and is otherwise perfect.
Thanks for any help,
Johann

I've been seeing something similar happening to my car.. but it is more like a sudden "surge" of power.. it happens when the car is parked or in neutral.. or even when driving with the foot off the gas.. it is like a surge of 500rpm or so.. as if the gas pedal was being tapped
so if the car is idling around 1000rpm on park or neutral the revs will rise to 1500rpms and drop down to a 1000rpm suddenly a couple of times.. and the same will happen even id the car is rolling.. like if I'm going down a hill and let go of the gas the revs will go up and down the same way.. as if being accelerated
