swapping 94 n/a into a 90

i threw a rod out on my 90 n/a with 156000 mi, and i found another n/a engine for a pretty good price out of a 94 with 74000 mi. i know that they switched to obd II in 96, but is there anything else that i need to know that might cause any problems by putting a '94 engine into a '90?

im thinking the engines were the same... 1990-1996 .. but maybe the sensors might of changed... i have a 1990 and 1993 300zx i do know everything from 1990 to 1993 was pretty much the same , but the ecu in 1990 -1992 was 16 bit ? and the 1993 and up used 24 bit ? somthing like that i cant remeber right now...
