TEST PIPES SREET LEGAL?

I am inerested in what test pipes do for the car and if they make the car louder. Also, are they street legal?

They will definately make the car louder. I also don't believe that they would be street legal since they replace the cats. Who cares though, unless you live in Cali, or another state that has an oppresive state gov that has enacted emmission standards! =p

BTW, the car is so low, no one will ever know. In case thats bothering you. If you have emissions testing though, I think your going to fail for sure.
