Ultra A vs. Ultra S pulley

What's the difference between an UR Ultra A lightened pulleys and a UR Ultra S underdrive pulley performancewise?

Ultra A pulleys are the same diameter as the stock units,
both are made of lightweight aluminum and in both cases power gains are obtained through weight loss.

Why wouldn't you install an Ultra A pulley over an underdrive pulley especially without having to change belts??
