That is a really cool....I'm surprised that nobody has thought about doing this before. Try searching. There are literally 100's of threads about this. In many of those threads I recommend to just sell the N/A and buy a TT. It's much easier. I am recommending it here also.

 

ya i would but i dont want to sell the whole car cuz i have $3500 into my suspension n break system so id rather just buy the engine ya kno.

You need much more than just the engine.

 

You could always call around to your local junk yards for a 1990-1996 300zx twin turbo.... Thats what i did and i found a awsome place ... im soo surprized that every z perosn hear would druel just after getting into the doors.. No joke.

As for what he's saying, you need more than the engine. You need the ECU and random other stuff.

but you need a good bit. full engine harness and ECU all the IC piping and exhaust. and im SURE im missing something. must be some reasone Z1 sells the TT swap for 8 grand or w/e it is now. its a big job. hope you like working out bugs and long nights of *** breaking work and metal shavings/rust in your eyes and face. also, the rear ends will mount the same i believe but tehy are different in size. and the TT one i also believe is stronger. only plus side is you have the NA rear subframe. im swaping rear subrames. it SUCKS
