Yeah... and it could be along the lines of poor lubrication caused by ethanol breaking down the lubricating properties of fuel.

Update: Per Zlover's advise, I replaced all injectors with new from Nissan. Also replaced plugs and fuel filter. Really nice to be running on 6 cylinders again.

It was interesting to see the results of the hack jobs done by previous "professional mechanics" who had replaced several single injectors in the past. Most of the coil pack connectors were busted up from being pried off to find the bad injector. Half the injector connectors were missing the metal clips that hold them in place.

On another note, after taking a spin to ensure all was well, I got back and found a few drips of coolant from the area of the overflow reservoir. No signs of leaks anywhere under the hood but once I removed the fender well panel I could see coolant spattered about. Could the overflow tank be cracked?

see if it may be centered from the water pump.

those clips are always breaking. old plastic dry rots and gets very brittle. several places sell them of the original design and mws motorsports sells a supposedly improved design of them.
