There is still hope for dealership morality after all...maybe.

Nah, they're still a bunch of schmucks. They made the guy go to Nissan direct instead of helping him. They suck!

So negative! I've been having excellent expereinces with the dealer lately. THen again, they're all friends of my club and are a huge help and have saved me a lot of money and I can see that they will save me lots of money down the road as well.

It doesn't count if you know them outside of the shop. It'll never be a true dealership experience that way.

OK, then my buddy gets a 20% discount at the Ford dealership b/c he goes there so much. They just did that for him b/c he built a relationship by going there a lot.

he was there to get parts, he did all the work himself, and he has a SHO which actually has a pretty reliable yamaha motor and it puts 220 hp out of a 3.2 L V6....not too bad I guess.

Race a new 03 Cobra and you'll find out pretty quickly.

Find out what, that it's just another poorly made American car that can't keep up with the Z32?

If that's what you think, you have another thing coming. It's a fast car. Very fast. There was one that had a pulley to raise the boost and basic bolt ons around somewhere. The thing wasn't something to mess with.

what the domestic owners say that we hate so much about our Zs that can beat them:
"It's still a Nissan" OR "It's still an import"
I guess it's universal to see these types of statements.

Whoa there what? Everyone has the right to their opinion! while a foreign car may be more reliable, american cars have their place. I don't see why they are all picking on ford. CHevrolet straight up admitted to making crappy cars. I think your all off base anyways, instead of making fun of a ledgendary car company lets make fun of the one car company that wouldn't be around if it weren't for other car company's. DODGE, they have never had anything real great about them and they have needed the support of so many other car companies (Mitsubishi/DSM, Cummins, Diamler, and i'm sure there are others), its not even funny. I don't know if this will get much attention since this post is over a year old, but this is the age old question, who is better? So i though I would throw in my opinion. I don't have qualms over either, in fact I own a ford, nissan, toyota, yamaha, chevy and have owned many others, yes even a chrysler (not something I am proud of).
