Revised appearance and features mark Nissan's two-seat sports cars for 2006. The 350Z comes as a hatchback coupe and a convertible. Coupe models are called base, Enthusiast, Touring, Track, and new Grand Touring. Convertibles come in Enthusiast, Touring, and Grand Touring trim. The sole engine is a 3.5-liter V6. A 6-speed manual transmission is standard, and all 350Zs so equipped have 300 hp. A 5-speed automatic with manual shift gate is available for Enthusiast, Touring, and Grand Touring models and triggers a 287-hp rating.

Starting with the 2005 35th Anniversary Edition 350Z, the VQ35DE comes with fully variable cam timing via the edition of variable exhaust timing. People call it the "Rev-up" version. As was previously stated, it gives the engine more power, slightly less torque, AND a higher redline.

Ok, I used to work at a Nissan dealership and this is what it is. What Nismo put on here is correct. The manual version of the car had 300hp and the auto has 287. Now, when it came to torque, I can't remember the numbers but the manual had less than the auto.
Hope that helped.
