hey all i got a 280zx for sale, needs some work to make it run again, has fuel management problems and the engine, has alot of miles, but other than that its in really good shape, thers pictures of it if your intristed in it... yes thats it at the bottom of my post... um, if your runni stock wheels then i got $400 tied up in Z-rated tires alone.... im wanting to get rid of it completely but if i cant then ill part it out, the interior isnt in the greatest shape, the sun really tore it up and the seats have rot spots in it from a leaky t-top, its got a 5 spd with a 3.90 rear end, non turbo, ive changed the ignition coil to a MSD blaster 2 coil and built a cold air intake for it.... it has the louvers on the rear window ummmmm.... thats about all i know to tell.... i hate to get rid of it but hey.... i just didnt have the money to chase the dream.... my only consolation is that now i have a 99 buick regal with a 3.8L supercharged V-6 with LOTS of potential... the Z made alot of ricers cry.... i want 1000 for the whole car.... if you want parts, make an offer....

Wish I had seen this last week before I won one on ebay.
I would hate to see it parted out. But, do you know if this hood will work on an 1980 280zx? And how much for the hood? I live in Chattanooga, so picking up wouldn't be a problem. Also, what about the louvre? Passenger door?

While I'm taking your car apart, can the rear quarters be taken off without a large problem? If so, how much?

Rear quarters do not come off. They are welded together and include the lower frame and roof.

 

I am interested in those bumpers. Do you kno if they would fit a 79 and if so how much and are you willing to ship?
