DSM injectors look the same, but are physically smaller than the 280zx / Z31 injectors. And they must be LOW IMPEDENCE injectors to work w/ the Datsun ECU. By the way... For Sales go in the MARKETPLACE: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=68

my bad, and FTR they can be made to work with low impedence ECM by simply adding some 10ohm resistors...

Dimensionally, whats the difference between these and the L28 injectors? And how much are you asking?

Well diameter appears to be the same and that would've been my concern. Now if I can just figure out where to get those resistors for the AFM I'd be all over a set of bigger injectors.

87 - 89 Non Turbo RX7 injectors are the ones for the swap. They are low impedence & 450cc flow. I have a set of 8 of the RX7's & SVO's... but I think I'll start w/ the SVO's.

J... if those DSM injectors are used, the tips would sit quite a bit up higher in the injector ports... do you think that would cause any probs?

I dont see it causing a problem. It doesn't look like it would be enough to effect the spray pattern. I cant be sure though. I see alot of those DSM style injectors on ebay all the time. They usually go for pretty cheap too. Only problem is you have to get em in sets of four that way

I wanna rework the resistor board in the AFM so that these higher output injectors can be used with no ill side effects. I'm thinking maybe splicing a pot in place of each resistor so that the fuel trim can be adjusted based on the position of the AFM door. That would enable the vehicle to run properly at idle and part throttle and then be able to let loose at higher RPMs. I could just go solid resistor but thats a lot of trial and error to find the right resistor for each position. Plus with pots it can always be adjusted.
