I didn't ask him when we talked the other day, but I think it is still for sale. It's located in Salanas CA. He's at school right now and will probably catch the thread. As far as I know the car is in perfect shape.

The car is still for sale. THere's a few people that want to take a look at it, but no commitments yet. There's a few scratches and cracks in the paint, but it still looks really good and from 10 yards away, looks show quality. The only rust is a little tiny surface rust on the underside of the hood. Real light, sandpaper could def. take care of it. The car is in San Diego right now and is my DD. (it now has almost 53K mi on it b/c of that). I just got a stereo installed and the car is great as a DD. I hate to say it, but far more reliable than my supra.

Here's my problem... I'm in louisiana. I know cars can be shipped but it is expensive and, quite frankly, I don't trust it. And I can't see the car before I purchase it unless I fly over. Hmmmm... let me think about it. I'll get back to you. In the meantime, do you have any other pictures of the car? How long ago was it repainted? You mentioned that the car was restored. When did that take place and who did the restoration? I'll probably think of more questions later. Thanks

No prob. Send me an email and I'll reply with a bunch of pictures I have. Also, I have a digital camera and can take pictures of anything you want. The restoration was done by the previous owner. It was completely stripped to bare metal and then rebuilt back up. The paint is from 2000. the color is 2000 corvette millenium yellow. My email is Emo236E@yahoo.com. I have all the records from the restoration. The guy who restored it was a professional race car driver. He raced migit cars, stock cars, etc. He had trophy's all over his house and garage and even a huge box with a bunch just thrown in there. He was Jaguar's driver for a while and raced an XKE. He loved the car and the 240z is very similar to the XKE which is why he bought this one (also it had such low original miles) and restored it completly.
