Selling My 280zxt 1982 160,000 Mile Car! :(
alright, i gotta sell it, put a lot of money into it, but i need something newer, and i need at least 1500 to get enough money for the downpayment for this 300zx i want, ive put more than 1600 bucks in the car in components alone. brand new tokiko suspension, all 6 brand new injectors and injector connectors, fuel filter, new black dash, black leather seat covers, brand new sound system sony xplod 1500 watt sub, 700 watt power technique amp, sony xplod cd player, removable face, brand new european head lights, NGK spark plugs (iridium the best), NGK sparke wires, brand new valve cover gasket, new belts, new belt tensioner, brand new alternator (bosch life time warranty), brand new slave cylinder for tranny, and also brand new registration, all fees paid, no outstanding fees. noew for original components:
-1982 280zx turbo, 160,000 miles, t-tops, with bags. dark brown metal fliake paint, original paint. very clean paint for 82. Tan interior, partially black, bliack interior project i didnt finish...dash black and seats black
-original aluminum "swazi" mag wheels with gold accents
-straight body, except for front right fender, slightly damaged
-2.8L l28et engine turbo (still spools to 7psi)
-strong long lasting straight 6 engine, taking to a Zshop to get checked out later today 2-6-06 got car back 2-16-06 drives strong and fast, no more problems, and also new cold air intake put on from the guy for free just for the trouble of how long ive had it there.
-all gauges on dash work perfectly except for the clock
-brakes good, all wheel disc brake
-clutch works beautifully, may need some tranny mounts, but not needed badly
-needs little work, i just need the money to get a newer car, not time to work on project car, has real potencial to become a original classic.
all the work listed at the top has been personally installed by me, and only accomplished with the time and care ive ever put into a car, working on the car myself assures me that i get everything done right, and garantees myself the best quality.
im asking 2000 for this car, more than 1600 into this car in components and parts alone, in that respect you can think of it as a parts car for just the components and sell the car as a parts car and make money on it, i just dont have the time....

*update*--->just got information from the shop, afm is being replaced with brand new one from nissan, about 350.00 more put into it.
price still at 2000.00 obo

replacing the AFM other than that, nothing, sounds good, but you know for 1500 im keeping the sound system...sorry

Alright, Car Is Up For 1500 With Out Sound System If You Can Get The Money By The 20th, Otherwise, Im Keeping It At 2000 Im Buying A New Car The 20th, And 1500 More Than A Small 1000 Could Get Me A Better Car Financed For Less, If Not Im Getting A Cheapo Car To Get Me Some Credit. So After The 20th, Ill Just Wait For Someone To Buy It For 2000.

update, getting car from the shop today, get new AFM installed, the total for it was 425 with the labor, ripoff, but at least i have the reciept to prove its been fixed, im getting some pictures taken tommorrow and ill post him up. let me know guys, great price for a perfect running car!

took the car home last night, and the car drives faster and stronger than ever!, and the guy said just for the trouble of bringing it back twice he gave me a new cold air intake...nice guy, but then again, i did pay 425 for it, so i guess i deserve it....but yea...so nows the time to buy buy buy!!!
