i heard that his friend died though, i couldnt find a more recent article than this one though so i dont know if thats true or not. apparently he was speeding flew over a median and hit a tree, thats what i heard but this article is pretty vague but had alot of pictures.

 

I just saw that on the news... they said his friend is in critical care... not dead.

IDIOT is the only thing that comes to mind...

 

yeah, none of us ever sped or showed off a little for a friend.... stupid 20 year old, should know better than that, there is no reason for a 20 year old to ever make a judgement error...

 

he's not dead but will most likely be in a vegetable state for the rest of his life.

Well...my friend can get his hands on a 280z for real cheap, and he was thinking about a swap. I figure this is the perfect opportunity, if not then I'll buy the wreck and keep the engine for myself lol.

 

no no i mean like, how are you going to get the hogan car/motor, what makes you think the sone wont take it out for something/it wont get crushed? just curious, specially since that was his car supposedly making VERY VERY high HP numbers (800 i believe, read it in a magazine once a year or two ago), so i doubt they would just let that motor go.

 

I'm thinking the cops will confiscate the car and put it in a blocked off area. I wait till they're allowed to sell it and bam.

Plus, I don't think Nick will be allowed to drive a car for a VERY long time.

I doubt his parents are going to let him get anything off that car.

and this is why kids should not have 800hp cars. especially if they did not have to work at all for it. if mommy and daddy just plunk down the cash, the kid is not going to have any respect for it. is anyone the least bit surprised by the outcome?

 

If anyone has seen the Hogan Knows Best show, you'd know that the kid is an idiot. It also doesn't help that he's constantly on camera just giving himself more of an ego. He freaks out about drifting all day long on that show, so it's not surprising something like this would happen. I mean sure you do like to showoff once in a while, but I've never really taken cars to those speeds, and when I have a passenger I want to show off less because I don't want to be the one to kill them or put them in the hospital.

 

thanks 280gty i was going to post that to.... he has his own viper to i believe, but wasnt that viper the car of samuel hubinet? (or however you spell his name) i remember it from formula D last year, they skipped chicago though this year, made me angry...
