college

well i am now in college. i moved in today to old dominion university. i'm living in a decent dorm. it's better then some i have seen, and i certainly don't need to complain about it. good stuff. move in was fast. my parents are worse in the city then i am. it's pretty weird for me, coming from the middle of the woods to the city (it's not VERY city, but it is far more urban then i am used to), but all in all it seems pretty fun. i'm just keeping my hand on my butterfly knife.... i need one for each pocket!

but i'm a mechanical engineering student now! woot woot!

just wanted to tell everyone. good evening

best case scenario would be designing engines running off of alternative fuels. that's what i'm really interested in. but i imagine i would probably end up with a job doing something much simpler, like designing some specific component, or designing robots for assembly lines.... who knows.

I had wild dreams of what to do w/ my ME degree. My calc professor's dad designed roller coasters...

One of my buddies is finishing his degree & already works for a company that designs the parts for prosthetic arms & legs.

my friend is a mechanical engineer. its hard **** you need to really be smart, so far he was had an internship with a plastics company that molds toyota and honda and other various interior car parts, and this year he worked at international i think in the performance section always had engine dyno's going and **** sounded neat.

hey snw guess what, fool

I GOT IN at PAlos heights!!!

Idk like 2 weeks ago i got a call and i got a dumpload of scholarships and grants they had "found" so now I'm leaving tomorrow morning and classes start next week. Unfortunately I haven't had enough time to plan out what to do with my Z but when I come back Christmas break I might consider taking a uhaul with it up to palos, it might beat a plane ticket price and that way i can haul my z. is it hard to work on the car in january - may? Even if it is, i'm still moving to IL for the school year, it better be BITCHIN there!!

sorry bro.... i sold all mine. my dad still has his though its fairly comparable to my 280 i sold sept a different color and not nearly as nice of an under body or engine bay or exhaust, but his interior is mint paint used to be freaking awesome but it has garage rash now lol. but i got the bike and a plain ole' 240sx haha. im going to start saving i think putting a little R&R into the 240 maybe sell it for a profit and get back in the Z game, that or i could sell the bike probably make a profit sell the SX for the same price maybe 1 or 2 hundred more and build a sick *** 240Z just get a clean roller chassis and get an RB or SR in there. or keep the 240sx actually and sell the bike and build a Z. idk i could do alot of things with enough alcohol. lol. also idk if your college will allow first years to bring a car with you alot of college's wont let freshmen do that. also private colleges hand out scholarships like candy. i got one for like 8.5k a year or something i think.

righteous dude, i'm all packed, and i'm leaving on the 830 flight this morning. They allow freshman to have cars, so i'm thinking me and my roomates might pitch in to buy a beat $200 ford that chicago might have lying around. it's an option...yeah i'm stoked, i don't even think i'm going to go to sleep. you can do stuff with enough alcohol? well i packed my favorite and only surviving shot glass so...see you around hahahah
