back when the small claims court shows were on i saw where this guy actually lost the case because of harasment (he was calling the guy like 10-20 times a day) seems the best route is to do EVERY possible legal action (call small claims court, call the insurance company, call anyone, he might even go to jail for insurance fraud...) good luck

and btw this rev. wouldnt also go by the pseudo. Jim Edwards would he?
