the rate was good so i had to jump on it. main reason why i got this house is because of the location of where im getting my job and also the fact the land is commercial and residential. The town i live in is growing pretty fast. Its not much but a great start for 1st one. 2 bedrooms a bath,living room,dining room,kitchen,wash room and offspace room. it has a 2 car carport with a tiny shed. im thinking about next summer expanding it and closing it in to make a garage shop Louisiana style. figured ill show off the crib. just me and my dog in it now. i have a good friend coming to be a roomy.

the house is over 50 years old that was redone. ill get more pics up just everything now is EVERYWHERE the house looks small but very roomy. anyway not bad for a 23 just starting off.

the party will be when snw gets a worth wild z. i got a mini fridge for the beer right now. i got a big fridge coming in a couple weeks. also bought a washer and dryer of a lady who is moving for 125 bucks. they are only a couple years old. had to dump 250 dollars on my dog. But im surviving. first i gotta run electrical plugs in the shed. it has lights but no plugs >_< i gotta have my air compressor and music. extension cords or a no no. also getting some florescent work lights to go in the car port so id be able to see what the hell im doing.

 

im going to try and make a worth while z.... you just gotta support me i know you got plenty of turbo Z goodies laying around doing jack ****! haha

 

Excellent! Now you can pay off your own mortgage, instead of some landlord's. Looks pretty clean.

 

hahaha yea, no since paying 875 for rent when i can own a house for 700 a month but ill be having a bunch of turbo goodies going up soon

wow cool house---2 boats in the carport-----ok.....so ya might be socially unacceptable, therefore decent as an individual....seein howzya likes Z cars and boats........the only good things in life...hehehehehe......good on ya for getting the house....gooood move!!..
