LOL should these people even be allowed to own cars?? I think all cars should go through a "rice" inspection at least once a year. If the car fails it should be impounded.

A person who makes unecessary modifications to their economy sedan (mostly import cars from japan hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster. The most common modifications are


*Huge exhaust that serves no purpose but to make the car louder
*Large spoiler on the back that looks like something Boeing made for the 747
*Lots of after-market company stickers they saw on cars in the Fast & Furious
*Cold Air Intake- a tube that feeds cold air to their high performance hamsters.

LOL I dunno...maybe... Man the spoiler on the hood of that Civic is PIMP. Im going to get one for the Z. Oh yeah and Im going to have 6 exhuast tips out the rear and maybe a few GTR badges will finish it off nicely. Hell, Ill even have a custom front fascia made. I want it to extend out about 3 feet or so like that orange civic there. This thing will look like a beast!

The riced Lumina gets my vote for "best effort all around" - that guy has a sense of humor. Now that orange atrocity . . . how shall I say it . . . perhaps a tad excessive?

I think I'm going to try the cardboard start ricing my Honda Odyssey. Man, it's gonna ROCK! "Honey, where's my box cutter....?!?"
